Peugeot will show an RCZ R concept car at the 2012 Paris motor show - signalling its intention to turn its good-looking coupe into a more serious sporting drive. The show also marks the arrival of an RCZ facelift for the rest of the range, bringing the two-door into line with the new family face. The RCZ R will go into production, later in 2013 according to Paris.
Future Mercedes will crash less often and use less gas doing so. We got a few insights into exactly how that will happen when we attended the Mercedes preview the night before the Frankfurt auto show. The Audi TT RS introduced the regular TT to a gobfull of turbocharged 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine, along with an upgraded chassis, to deliver 335bhp to the road through the Haldex clutch branch of the Quattro family tree. With the TT TS Plus, Audi has now seen fit to grant an extra 20bhp, bumping the total to 355bhp.
